Hello! My life journey began in a small Arizona town. It was 1963 twenty-two days after the US President JFK was assassinated. The Geminids meteor shower was peaking, the elevation was 3333 feet where the crossroads of Highways 66 and 93 meet. These are the facts surrounding my birth into this gorgeous existence. Looking back on my life I realize I’ve always been at the crossroads. Always wondering which direction do I take now?

Today, I cried and felt frustrated with life. In the past, I used to slam doors, throw things and spout words in anger. Behaving badly without regard was an acquired behavior.

Now, after years of following a personal curiosity to learn and feel safe in life, I have contemplated and created Metta verses of healing gratitude. Verses I say morning, day and night to heal YOU and all sentient beings myself included.
